From Purchase to Prize

Prize Claim Process

To submit a valid prize claim, you must:

  • Register all required pucks under your account
  • Ensure all pucks are from the same edition
  • Upload a clear selfie with all your registered pucks visible
  • Upload proof of purchase (Shopify order receipt)
  • Submit all materials via your claim dashboard
  • Winners will be paid via Zelle, Paypal or Check.

Puck Registration Rules

  • Enter the serial manually at apexpuckquest.com/register
  • Create or log in to your Apex PuckQuest account
  • Submit your team guess within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for prizes
  • Registration includes:
    • Serial number
    • Edition
    • Guessed team name
    • Timestamp (used for speed bonuses)

Each puck can only be registered once, by one account. After registration, pucks are locked to that user.

Pack Types & Pricing

League Pack $15 2 randomly selected pucks from any of the 32 NHL teams
Conference Pack $20 Choose East or West. Receive 2 random pucks from that conference
Division Pack $15 1 randomly selected puck from any of the 8 NHL teams in that division

Receive 1 puck from that group Each puck includes:

  • A unique serial number
  • An edition label (e.g., E1, E2)

Note: You cannot choose specific teams in League or Conference packs. Division packs offer limited selection control.
